EduCOR is the premier platform designed to facilitate the Certification of Recognition (COR) for foreign Certificate of Competency (COC) holders seeking to work on Malaysian vessels. Our latest version, EduCOR 3.0, offers a seamless experience with upgraded features and faster processing.
Completion of EduCOR is mandatory for COC holders and is officially recognized by the Marine Department of Malaysia. Successful completion will be reflected in the sdpx system.

EduCOR is an added requirement to apply for Certification of Recognition (COR). EduCOR 2.0 is an upgraded version of previous EduCOR from previous platform.
EduCOR completion will reflect on SDPX System after 7am & 1pm.
Who need to get EduCOR Certificate?
As of April 15, 2017, all foreign Certificate of Competency (COC) holders intending to work on Malaysian vessels are required to pass the EduCOR course to apply for COR. EduCOR is an online course recognized by the Marine Department Malaysia to ensure compliance and validate competency.
Note: Only registered users are allowed to take the course. Any violation of eligibility requirements will result in course cancellation and forfeiture of fees.
